We do not accept payment for editorial rankings or written assessments. Any commercial arrangement is kept entirely separate from the review process. Operators that do not meet our minimum criteria will not be listed regardless of commercial interest.

Response Times
Our editorial desk is based in the UK and operates Monday through Friday. We aim to acknowledge all messages within one working day and to provide a substantive response within two. High volumes of enquiries may occasionally extend this window, but every message is read and none are disregarded.
